Guided Practice

Contemplation Practices enable us to develop and maintain a peaceful mind all the time, which in turn makes us happy.  The best way to understand the benefits is to practice daily for a short period of time in a way that works for you. Below you will find some options to investigate.

By practicing some form of contemplation daily over a period you can improve your relationships, develop a balanced and happy mind all the time and uproot the negative minds that are the cause of your problems. 5-15 minutes a day is all you need to put aside.
